Land Surverying


The Land Surveyor plays a major role in the land development process and is specifically involved in the following functions:

bulletroute surveys to define the ownership and areas of property along the route of roads and utility lines.

bulletproperty analysis reports, legal descriptions, property line agreements
bulletpreparation and filing of Record of Surveys
bulletPreparation of ALTA surveys
bulletaerial mapping to develop control maps and planimetric information which will be used in project planning and design
bulletdesign survey
bulletpreparation of preliminary subdivision plats
bulletpreparation of final subdivision plats
bulletsetting of plat boundary, street, and lot monuments
bulletconstruction surveying
bullet"as builts" surveys and preparation of record drawings
